What Makes BMBF Different From the Keiser Circuit?


Our Build Muscle, Burn Fat Program is a more fast-paced, organized program scheduled in advance with a small group that trains together for motivation and accountability.

We incorporate the Keiser Strength Equipment along with Body Weight Exercises, Functional Training, Resistance Bands and Free Weights in a variety of progressions built throughout the Program.

Functional exercises and Resistance Band Training develop movement patterns necessary to carry our basic activities like playing with your grandkids, getting up and down off the floor, playing golf or tennis.
