Our Keiser Strength Circuit is designed to improve your strength and power, while maintaining full control of your resistance.

With our expert trainers there to guide you, you'll always know how to use the state-of-the-art equipment to get the most out of your workout.

The Keiser Circuit gives you more freedom to train on your schedule. No specific class times, just sign up, show up during Keiser Open Hours and we will provide you with your training program.

BMBF focuses on strength training and fat burning, using a combination of Keiser Strength Circuit, resistance bands, free weights, and bodyweight exercises.

Our Small Group Training Program offers a personalized experience with a maximum of 8 individuals per session to ensure everyone receives the attention and support you need to reach your fitness goals.
